Mind the Gap
In life, there is always an outcome, no matter which life area; whether we respond to an event or choose not to; or whether we plan the event or not, there will always be an outcome. Sometimes we like the outcome, and sometimes we don’t.
Frustration begins with a gap between our needs, values, beliefs and expectations and the actual outcome, which may not match what we wished for. A lot of times, we are not aware of what exactly bothers us, and may be only aware of the unpleasant feeling we have as a result.

First We Focus:
Defining your goal and desired outcome in a specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely, and positive form is the first step in setting the intention and direction towards your goal and outcome.
In this manner, you are focusing your attention and energy to your desired outcome and opening up to new possibilities and choices. You will already notice a shift at this point.
We will then explore your internal resources (the ones you forgot you already had) to help you get where you want.
We will Release unconscious emotional or mental inhibitors. These can be limiting beliefs that originated in your early childhood, unpleasant emotions, conflicting values, or simply holding on to a single perspective of a situation.
By now, you will feel liberated and more confident in your new way, and the road to achieving your desired outcome will feel natural and easy.
